How do I cancel my OTX+ subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap OTX+ → tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 5-day free trial work?

You get 5 days of full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

I purchased on another device. How do I restore it?

Open the app → tap any game tile → on the OTX+ paywall sheet, tap Restore at the bottom. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

How are puzzles delivered?

Every game generates a new puzzle at midnight in your local time zone. All 16 games share the same daily clock — finish them whenever, but the puzzle resets at midnight.

Do I need an internet connection?

You need a connection to download the app and verify your subscription. Once installed, all 16 games work fully offline.

Will my progress sync across devices?

Streaks, stats, and OTX+ access sync via your Apple ID. Individual puzzle progress is stored on each device.
